Hi, i am trying to confirm my bank card so i can withdraw money from paypal to my bank account. Paypal already took 1.5€ from my bank account and gave me the 4number code. I already confirmed the card on my paypal page. But i still cant withdraw money, the message that shows is "Some banks and cards don’t accept transfers just yet." ? It means i still have to wait? Thanks
