Contact seller at their website about return to exchange.
A Not as Described dispute can be opened to start a dialog with seller if they don't respond (locate payment transaction in your PayPal account activity, click it, then click "Report a problem") and facilitate a return/exchange but if it is escalated to PayPal, PayPal may not cover you as it is a buyer's remorse reason (don't like, don't fit, as described but did not meet expectations, etc.) and need to continue to try and resolve it with the seller, depending on the circumstances of your case.
