I just noticed that PayPal put seller tools/preferences back in for personal accounts....Oooooh yay! Big props! 👍
Look for it in Account Settings (gear icon) > Seller Tools
One thing that is missing is a "<- back to seller tools" link/button on each page that don't have one or instead of back to profile. Can do that by clicking the cog icon.
