Bit confused but..............
Ebay.
You pay any listing fees / final value fees to Ebay and that is invoiced on a monthly basis and normally paid via your paypal account.
Paypal.
You pay a fee per transaction to receive paypal payments and that is deducted from your buyers payment and the rest credited to your paypal balance.
Advice is voluntary.
