At Almost exactly 4 Hours on hold I was conveniently disconnected

Now that we've gone this far, Ive called back to see how long this will go on! 2nd call, were over an hour and 15 minutes.. Total 5hrs 15 mins on hold!

Is this a service that we should be a partner to? I doubt it! This is horrific!
