Hey I just made a purchase for some gaming coins through my paypal account. The payments gone through all fine. The company have now messaged me saying it is theirs and PayPal’s company policy that before they release my coins to provide proof of adresss and a scanned copy of my ID. What do do?

Thank you for reaching out on our Community Help Forum. The only time PayPal would ask for it is if we had an account issue that needed resolving. We would send you an email stating we need more information and advise you to upload the requested information to our Resolution Center. In this specific case, I would not recommend sending them a copy of your ID. Good luck.
