I am buying marketing services from a friend of a friend. Some writting and basic social media stuff, easy to verify. My concern is not that he will outright scam me but simply not deliver due to laziness. I plan to put the terms and his email in the notes and pay half now half on completion.
Am I covered if he does not deliver? Can I do a dispute? Using normal paypal not friends and family. He is supposed to deliver in 15 days so not so long.
Its only a few hundred so will probably do it either way. Just want to know how much I should hedge my risk.
