I have purchased from a Chinese manufacturer before, but they're telling me this time that their Paypal account, in China, has been closed because of the trade war between the US and China, and have requested payment via different method, as they cannot access the money in the PayPal account.
Is this true, I can't seem to find any news stories about this.
