Anyway to change a shipping address after Payment is sent?

So now that Paypal doesn't refund fees when you do a refund, if a buyer uses the wrong shipping address, do you have any options to have them change it without doing a full refund?

This is really a Catch-22.  If you send to the wrong address and the buyer makes a claim, you are going to get hosed because you didn't ship to the address on the order. 

But, if the buyer puts the wrong address in - the only way to change it is to refund the payment and get hit with a PayPal fee a second time.   Thanks PayPal!

No, shipping address cannot be changed post payment. A refund is a must. Work it out with the buyer. The fee situation, I mean. Deduct it or split it down the middle.

Is this at eBay/other marketplace or something? Or is this a private sale or at your own website? This is something to consider:
