Android Authenticator app

Hello,

I decided to use the 2-step verification but for some reason no matter what I enter from the app (android) it is never accepted. However if I use my iPad this works fine. Is there an issue using andoid?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!

I would recommend trying to uninstall and re-install the PayPal App as this should help you solve the issue.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled it again and still it does not work

I have the same problem only that it does not work with chrome browser

I just had this issue. I went into settings and tapped "Time correction for codes" and now I can authenticate now. What's weird is that I use Google Authenticator for 2 other accounts and they were working.
