Hi I live in Singapore and sent money to Poland for payment of a translation service. I sent 200 PLN which is equivalent to ard $77SGD at that time. However the translator only received 188.85 PLN instead of 200 PLN. I do not think it is because of currency fluctuation as PayPal alr calculated it in advance. What I do want to know is if Paypal charged a fee automatically because it is an international transfer or something else? And how much the breakdown for each fee? Because i would have to topup the remaining balance which would be additional cost for me and to forsee in advance the additional topup i have to calculate. Thanks P.S. the more "details" section in the "Activity" section didnt write down any info for the charge fee/deduction
