I am a Ghanaian and would like to create an account but it appears my country is not listed in the country options list.

Also, how can I change my account from Business account status to Personal account status?

Paypal is not available in your country and you can't use another countries paypal account.

You are using a U.S paypal account which will never work for you and would soon be permanently limited as you would be unable to verify it.
