Am I Covered?

Hi Guys,

I am looking at purchasing some clothing from Pakistan via Paypal, if they do not deliver in any way am I covered?

Paypal is not available in Pakistan, so the seller must be using a paypal account from another country which is against paypal rules and will probably be limited once he tries to use / verify it.

My advice is don't, you may hit problems and may not be able to open a dispute.
