Hi there, I'm looking to buy a graphics card on GumTree from the UK.
The seller has sent me the following message:
"This card is in immaculate condition and not a fault wrong with it and I’m afraid I can’t show this working atm due too I work away and I’m not home until Saturday and I’ve left it with my wife to post but we could do the sale through goods and services on PayPal and if there anything wrong with the card you can charge back bud"
Is this possible? Am I protected and able to charge back if the card is faulty?
Kindest regards and many thanks,
Timothy
