After I completed the document submission for business pay-pal I got this email. What does this email means? Will I be still able to receive and Send payments normally?
"We have completed our review and have returned your account to regular standing.
Thank you for your patience during this process and for helping to make PayPal the safest and most trusted online payment solution."
Please Explain anyone?

It sounds to me that your account may have been temporarily limited while your business documentation is reviewed.
The email you received indicates that the review has been completed and you should be able to use your account normally again for sending and receiving payments.
Please log-in and check your account. If there are still any restrictions on your account, you will see these in your Resolution Center with instructions on how to resolve.
