Hi is there anyone out there that can help me I've recently requested funds to be withdrawn from my PayPal account and transferred to my bank account the account is live and is active however when I've gone to transfer the money it's stated that a direct debit needed to be set up to pay for items from that account will the money still reach my nominated bank it says on the transaction instant transfer however there is no money that's been transferred and I'm worried that is now lost

The direct debit is normally only required to pay sellers FROM your bank account and not transferring funds INTO your bank account. 

Does it say pending or completed?

If pending then it can take up to 72 hours, make sure the name on your bank account and the name on your paypal account match.

If for any reason the funds decline (can't see why) then they should bounce back to your paypal balance.
