I have a pending payment email in my inbox. A buyer has requested I purchase and send them a steam card. I have received an email from PayPal saying funds will be released when I send a photo of the scratched steam card code and receipt. Is this a scam?

Hi,

Yes, that is a scam. Not how PayPal works. PayPal does not ask you to buy gift card and provide the code in order to receive payment..
