Hi, we have a USD account in the UK and send worldwide payments. We use a regular bank to send wire transfers. We would like to activate an E-Wallet in order to make payments faster and cheaper for our affiliates who also use it. What are PayPal's advantages with respect to Skrill, Neteller and Payoneer ? What is needed in order to get a full functioning account for this intended functionality? uploading money costs?
