Adding transactions made prior to account setup

Hi, How can I add a previous transection, made without a PP account setup, to my newly created account?

If not, how can I dispute a transactions made without a paypal account?

If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......

1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you (difficult at the moment due to covid)
OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.

Thanks for your response. The 'contact us' section just goes into a dead loop, with no phone details to call if the transaction id does not exist in the account. Understand about the staffing issues due to covid 19, but disappointed about the dispute process not being tested for situations such as this.
