Adding notes AFTER the transaction was sent

Hello. Im wondering why we cant have an option to add or change notes on a sent payment or transaction AFTER its been sent.  Sometimes people forget to add or want to change something afterwards.  I mean, this is a no-brainer.  Why dont we have this option yet?

PayPal simply dont care! they just want charge customers more and more and they dont care about problems at all.
