I have a purely personal account myself, but I am enquiring about what type of account should be applied for a Society that I am a member of, in order for them to collect annual subscriptions from those members that would like to pay using PayPal? The society is not a charity, is not VAT registered, and has less than 40 members.

Paypal offer 2 accounts only now, you only need a business account if you are a high volume seller OR registered business, other than that a personal account is fine.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
