Account hacked

My account was hacked, there were unauthorized transactions made and then my account was closed. I tried to reopen the account but wasn't allowed to. Now when I try to dispute it the new account I had to create does not have the transaction history. I do have the transaction ID and emal ID and want this transaction reversed
