Hi, I recently made a purchase using PayPal. It was taken and then credited back as there was insufficient funds in that account. However, the merchant then took the amount from another card linked to my account but PayPal still have my balance showing for the amount I have already payed to the merchant. Now, I am wanting to make another purchase online but if I do PayPal will take the amount for the new purchase as well as the previous. What do I do in this situation?
