I received an email and it looked like it was from PayPal but there was a bogus link to follow requesting info about a shipping address change. DO NOT FOLLOW UNTRUSTED LINKS to login to your PayPal account.

Hi. Thank you for reaching out to us. Never give out your personal and financial information to anybody especially if you received an email about it. On top of that, PayPal will never asked you to give information like that.
