I am new to using PayPal. Please, how do I give my account information to a payer or someone to receive payments. Is there a kind of account number or what.

You can only send money or make purchases with Nigerian PayPal accounts at this time.

Please, If my account has been funded, how do I withdraw to my local bank account, say Nigeria bank

So you were able to receive funds in your PayPal account? Hmm, ok. Anyway, you can’t withdraw though so you will have to buy something or make a payment with your balance.
