I received an email that I need to update my profile to avoid account limitation which I did (not sure if this is the reason why I am having an error). I tried to transfer funds to my bank account as well as to my friend's Paypal account but I'm getting an error. It says that there is an issue with my Paypal account. Please help me with this.
