Last 2 weeks I cant get into PayPal to make payment when I'm itnernet shopping- the logo page just spins endlessly - no message comes up. Can this be connected to the recent requirement from Avast to update (I use the basic - free - Avast security level)? If so what bit of Avast do I need to deactivate?
