Hi there, seems, i have the same issue, I'm new here and I want to receive money from my friend from Italy but Paypal system says "Your account may only be used to send money". So my question 'What I should change or to do in my account to receive money?' and another question 'if it possible to receive payment will I be able to send money to my card? some kind Mastercard?' I would Really appreciate any help, because Help Centercouldn't reply 😞
