About scam emails : <removed>

Yes, before all I know theres more topics about this, and yes, as the moderators said its a real paypal email.
But theres a better way to check if its really sent from paypal.
Today I launched my old email and I recived a message from that email but what I suspected is that it was sending a PDF file and in the end of the message details it showed the server that the message was sent, one thing that paypal doesn't show because its a real company with certified emails.
So these are the details (in portguese) :
De: <removed> , <removed> - this is the scammer server email
Enviado: Thursday, June 28, 2018 4:09:45 PM
Assunto: RE : [ New Statement] [ Alert ] : We Informed successfully change account data. On 28 June 2018 [Data Confirmation] [FWD] - fake
So, just to compare these are a paypal email details :
De: <removed> - this is a real paypal email
I know this is a little off-topic but I think this will be helpful for some people and sorry for my bad english.
