Hi! I like to know, if I do not buy anything and I leave my money in Pay Pal, do I have to pay something? Should I transfer my money to my Bank? Thank you for your advice!!

You can leave your money in your PayPal account and use it for funding a future purchase. There are no fees for this.
You are also able to sign up for a PayPal debit card to be used for purchases or atm withdrawals (from your PayPal Balance).
Here is a PayPal link for the Cash debit card. The card is no cost and there are no monthly fees.
