About fees

Hi After my first ebay sale, two fees were deducted. item price: 2 000 USD postage: 50 USD. EBay wants to charge me € 214.91 for a deal on eBay, and PayPal immediately deducted $ 111 when the money arrived. both fees are high, but this together exceeds the 18% deduction. how possible is this? such fees cannot be traded. What is the solution ?
