I made a payment on the 28th of may which has shown as pending since bit it hasn't shown up in my bank account that a transaction has happened, I can't get hold of the customer service to try resolve the matter but due to the limited customer service advisors It keeps cutting me off. I'm slightly worried as it's a fairly large sum and I have no clue what's going on or how to resolve it. And help on the matter would greatly be appreciated.
