Has anyone received a payment via an Amex card on there basic Paypal account ? The Paypal site says there is a 3.5% fee. My questions is whether that is the only fee for a domestic payment or if the US transaction fee of 2.9% and $.30 per transaction (the general fee and only fee for Visa and MC transactions) is in addition to the 3.5% fee?
