A purchase I never made

So yesterday (23.10.2019) I was sat at dinner with my family when I got a notification that I had made a payment with PayPal for 340 USD. I DID NOT Apparently I bought a phone from some website which I never did and I made a claim in the resolution Center @paypal that this purchase was made unauthorised. Since then, at about 4am I received 2 emails denying my claim and suggesting that it was authorised. I never made this purchase and I do not even have 340$ for PayPal to take off my account. Whoever did this also decided to send it to my address via PayPal autofill. Any help from someone here? Since then I have changed my password again

An unauthorised transaction means that your Paypal account was hacked and used without your consent.
If Paypal check IP addresses / devices etc and find that it was your IP address or device normally used then sadly you would lose the case.

I hope you changed your password and security questions?
I hope you ran a virus scan on your computer?
I would also be telling my card issuers and bank accounts company that the account was hacked so that they can keep an eye on your account OR remove the financial info involved until things are sorted.

Also contact the seller and cancel the order and request a refund.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
