99p charge transfer between Uk friends

Hello, I seem to be getting a 99p charge for transferring some money to a friend. It’s a small amount to post something back to me. Both in the UK.

Also how are you funding it ie which funding source?

It was Paypal Balance to Paypal balance. Just using the send to friends option.
