Hello a customer had sent me $4 on accident.
after fee the transaction log says + $3.58.
I did a full refund and the transaction log says -$3.88
for the life of me I can not figure out this math. I thought for a full refund they would give me back the 2.9% and keep the 30 cents. This situation looks like they took $0.12 from me which was the 2.9% and let me keep the $0.30.
Anyways I'm slowing losing my mind trying to figure this out and would love some help.

Paypal no longer returns any fee that was deducted when your buyer paid as part of any refund issued by you.
So if you are giving a full refund you need to have the total amount in your paypal balance OR fund it from any linked bank account.
