In attempting to pay for rent via Paypal, the homeowner mentioned there was a 3% fee on my transaction and therefore did not receive the total transferred. It came from my bank account, a checking account. Is there any reason why this occurred? Additionally, can this charge be refunded so it can be sent another way without the fee? Thanks
