2Fa authorization problem

Hi Friends,

Need to help below issue.

I just lost my phone where 2FA authorization is enabled.But I have no backup.I used GOOGLE AUTHONICATOR APP.Now when I try to login my account its ask 2FA authorization code.I dont know how to remove it from GOOGLE account or and AUTHONICATOR app.Please help me for this issue.

I also have another account, but I can't log in because it asks for 2FA code because it is turned on and so it has been lost from my phone to authenticate it. I need help! I'm afraid this way, they didn't help, I wrote to Support in vain
