2 business accounts

Hello!

Found some thread where paypal stated that you can open 2 business accounts, without any explanation how.

I'm using 1 business account for privacy purposes as I sometimes receive money on it, all legit, works as expected, people have the name I use online for the reference in their billing statements without compromising my identity.

Now I want to open a business account for an actual business, where I need a different reference with the business name. I want to keep them both separate for tax purposes and because I need different references in people's billing statements.

I have 2 bank accounts with 2 credit cards, but cannot find a way to create the 2 Business accounts.

If there has been a change and 2nd business account does not work anymore, would it work if I register another email? Will the verification go through?

I cannot open account on a friend's or relative's name as I want everything on my name for tax purposes and because you cannot trust anyone with your money.

P.S. I tried to contact paypal through email form, but it shows error and does not go through

For Latvia, you can only withdraw to cards, or a US bank account. No Latvia bank accounts.

Sure, no problem, I have both, but article you linked does not say anything about 2 business accounts.

Here PayPal moderator says you can have 2 business accounts, but does not explain how:
