Pretty certain its a SCAM, a buyer does not need your details if you send a money request, they just click and pay it.
The ONLY reason they want your real name and other info is so that they can send you FAKE paypal emails saying that they have paid (when they haven't as they don't have a paypal account and have no intention of paying), and to make the emails as real as possible they need your name etc.
Just remember..........
Paypal NEVER tell you to send an item before the payment is showing in your paypal account.
Paypal do not tell you to send trackable, they advise it for selling protection but it is not compulsory.
Paypal NEVER expect you to use a rival money transfer service eg Moneygram or Western Union etc.
Also their is no seller protection on paypal for any type of motor vehicle or item that is collected by the buyer.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Yes I have in the past few days suffered exactly the same situation. As a newcomer to selling I was not sure how a buyer on GumTree would pay via paypal.
The scammer made the same requests and failed to pay, I thought it could be me that was making a simple mistake however, the identical email kept coming back to me. As a result of the lack of payment I re-published the advert and immediately the same email appeared in my inbox.
Again the question " Is my paypal account compromised by using the scammers email address to generate a request for payment and an invoice"?
