Rephrasing: Can I buy an EBay item with PayPal credit and have the item sent to a US address different than my US billing address? Thanks

You can add the other address as a gift address to your paypal account and then make that one primary for the transaction you are going to make and then change it back afterwards but make sure the Ebay seller uses your paypal address and not your ebay one if its the other one.
