need some help, think i got scammed and sent item before it got cleared on pending payment

sent a camera out without thinking anything otherwise that the payment will clear quite quickly. 

payment is still pending and since i sent the person a bill and it still hasnt technically cleared what can i do?

the item is already in their possession and they are not replying back to any of me inquiries in getting payment confirmed on the item recieved. 

this feels wrong and im totally at a loss
