For an order for a customer I was payed advance payment of 30% and rest of 70% before shipping in 2 weeks difference.
Before shipping and receiving 2nd payment I informed customer will be sending the package on his registered mailing address. The 2nd payment has a new registered address. Both payment are from same name, same email but the mailing address as different. In a 2 week period.
I have put the same trcking number for both, and after paypal notification customer asks me to which address I have sent actually? But it is not my fault cause he has changed address in between the 2 payments. Looking on the map there is only 30km in between the 2 address so that would perhaps be easy to solve and pick up.
So what can I do now and how can PayPal confirm my shipping? I am little surprised of this situation.
