confusing message from Paypal

Hi - I tried to contact Paypal but a phone call reply says noone is available.

I just got the message below in my Paypal account. 

I have no idea what they mean by "receipt confirmation"

I have no idea what is meant by "my seller"

I never heard of the email address "seller@<removed>"

And, when I went to my activity page I didn't see anything about receiving any order.

Good Day! We were contacted by your seller regarding the payment waiting for your receipt confirmation. I’m sending you the instructions to confirm receipt if or once you have received the item/service. After confirming receipt, we’ll release the funds to your seller.

Click Activity at the top of the page.
Find and click the original payment for the item.
Click Confirm Receipt. Button will appear 48 hours after the payment was sent.
Click Yes to confirm that you received the order.
If you have questions about the transaction, please contact the seller at seller@email com.

If you don't see this information in your PayPal account, you may need to click Classic View and proceed from there.
