Will Custom Paypal shipping preferences override Etsy, Daily Paintworks and Ebay shipping?

I need to set up a custom international shipping preference in Paypal for my personal website but I'm  concerned it may affect (override) my Etsy and DailyPaintworks shipping preferences. Will it?
