My friend tried to register her PayPal from Thailand a few days ago. The website said they will relaunch again in 2021. Which mean that at the moment PayPal not available in Thailand or does not accept a new application from Thailand. Since I have had a PayPal account in Thailand before and it was many years that PayPal serves thai customers.
What makes PayPal not available in Thailand until 2021? Why is that? Any new law or regulation in Thailand affect to PayPal? I have check some information and found Thailand is not in the list of high-risk country.
Anyone would give some reason behind this decision of PayPal?
