Dear PayPal user! payment was made for depositing money in a web bag under Skrill, using a card linked to your PayPal account, we have suspended your transaction request and added a temporary 48-hour limit to your PayPal account. If you were the owner of this payment request, do nothing and ignore this message. PayPal confirms the deposit (Skrill). If not then follow the steps below to cancel the transaction and request a refund Note: Skrill will send you a phone cancellation code (SMS) This code terminates the unauthorized cancellation process. If you do not enter an SMS cancellation code, you will receive a payment and a non-refundable code that includes the Skrill names and the amount spent on the card If you want to cancel an unauthorized payment and refund, Click the link below

If its a spoof then NEVER USE ANY LINK.
Firstly if the email/text addressed you as ''Dear Member'' / ''Customer'' / ''Client'' OR your ''email address'' then that confirms its a spoof as paypal would address you by your full name eg Dear John Smith.
Secondly if there was a link OR attachment in that email/text to ''cancel'' any transaction or ''confirm'' any details then again it would be a spoof.
If there was a problem with your account Paypal would not ask you to click on an unsafe link in an email or by downloading an attachment, they would direct you to log in normally and go to the resolution or the message centre for more information.
