Has anyone else had this email??? I can’t seem to speak to anyone at PayPal about it, I was sent in circles by the CS team on the phone, and I keep getting the same copy & pasted email response back from the Risk team. Help please!!!!

Email spoof@paypal.com if you think it’s fake or if it’s real use the messenger system within to speak with a representative of the support staff.
