Transferring Money to a friend

I want to transfer money to my son from my BofA account to an accound with Citi Bank, is there a fee for this type transaction?

I'm fairly sure I can transfer money from my BofA account to another account with BobA if the money is for a business.....?

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
