Why were fees charged for my last received transaction? Not on all my previous transactions. I have already looked on the website. Couldn`t find the answer there.

If you are selling goods or services then you should be paying a fee on every transaction.
The only way you do not pay a fee is when the sender uses the friends/family option but thats is against paypal rules for goods/services payments and can get you permanently banned from using paypal as paypal do not like sellers that evade paying their paypal fee.
You pay paypal to use their service as that is how they fund the service and pay their staffs wages.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
